A message from Pastor John – Honor Your Neighbor
Just a brief word – short ‘n sweet – as we move through the summer.
“Stay safe!” “Enjoy life!” “Life is good!” “Honor your neighbor!”
We will hold church services this Sunday at Grace. And given the significant rise in cases of test-positives across the land, with Florida being one of the ‘hot spots’, I’m simply asking that you wear a mask when you come. We’re not re-instating the blue-demarcations on the pews for social-spacing. Hymnals are still in the pews. I simply ask you: to wear a mask.
I believe that a life, activated by Faith, speaks to this.
Paul says to the Corinthians: “To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.” Barnabas says: “Do not live entirely isolated, having retreated into yourselves, as if you were fully justified, but gather instead to seek together the common good.”
One of my roles as Pastor (“pastor” means “shepherd” as you know)
is to protect the flock. I ask you to help me do this – for another week or two.
Thank you.
See you in Church!
